DESIGNER´s DAYS

PARIS, FRANCE | 2007

“Desire…” was the official theme of the Designer’s Days in Paris 2007. In collaboration with the Gaggenau design department, eins:33 introduced their own interpretation of this theme to the interested public.

Situated in prominent location very near the Arc de Triomphe, the premises were transformed into an avant-garde kitchen laboratory. In the entrance installation fine bars of chocolate were melted over a heat lamp. A central element was the steel shelf filled with futuristic packaging – an unusual way of presenting the fine amuse-gueule.

In addition to the assembly, the construction of the exhibition and the preparation of the lighting system, wooden frames covered in specialist fabric/textile were produced. These frames were erected in a labyrinth-like installation in the courtyard and garden.
