BAUSCHER TRADE FAIR CONCEPTCONCEPT | NOVEMBER 2008 Bauscher is one of the best established German brands for hotel chinaware. As part of the 3-dimensional brand identity the trade fair appearance should be redesigned and adjusted to today’s demands. Core of this task was the overlapping of complex requirements with a concise tag, which embodies the guiding brand values. The design is based on the principal of order and arrangement of volumes, which act as dividing and space-forming elements. In this way specific zones are created in which the presentation of the specialist products for the catering and hotel industry, community catering and hospitals/homes can be displayed. Furthermore, the vertical layering of different furniture types allows the allocation of exhibited products to a table scenery or a wall shelf. The material and colour selection accentuates and advertises the characteristic features of the china, such as the flowing form, polished surface, pure white, fragility etc. In addition, lighting which is integrated into the furnishings provides an effective presentation of the product (China).
