One of our most interesting acquisitions in 2015 was the assignment to design the public areas of KUKA’s new development and technology centre. As one of the global leaders in automatization and robotics, the Augsburg-based group stands for cutting-edge inno- vation in the eld of Industry 4.0.
Their approach towards employer branding is clearly to offer their engineers a highly attractive work environment and to combine their corporate spatial appearance with informal and unexpected elements.
The design is based on the concept of creating different tonalities of material and color in order to enhance the quality of space according to its function. By doing so, the corporate visibility is strengthened and basic needs of the employees like concentration and recreation are supported.
